Is Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte closing?

No!  We are becoming the resident theatre company of Queens University of Charlotte.  It's been a long haul, but we've had incredible support from our community.  We look forward to hosting you in our new home, the Hadley Theater!

What about my Flex Pass?

Flex Passes for Season 28 will be honored at their full value, though the delayed move may mean that this season continues beyond our usual closing of each season: June 30.  The shows we've selected for Season 29 are available here!  The show order may change, but we will deliver all that we've promised.  If you have any question about the subscription, please contact info@atcharlotte.org.

Are you buying the new location of the theatre?

No, we are entering a long-term lease.

What can I do to help the theatre?

  1. Buy a Flex Pass & Make a Donation!  Not only does this strengthen our bottom line, but it also speaks volumes to our community partners about the value we bring to the community.
  2. Volunteer!  There is much to be done and we could use many hands.  Please visit our volunteer page to learn more!
  3. Voice your support!  Write an op ed, send a letter to city and county government to let them know how important ATC is to you.
