Where do I park? How much does parking cost?

Currently, this depends on our venue partners. Please check with the venue for parking information.


Are there handling fees for tickets purchased to ATC shows?

Yes, our ticketing provider, CarolinaTix, charges 11%. To avoid this fee, consider purchasing a Flex Pass.


What happens if I'm late to a show?

To cause the least amount of disruption to the performance and to other patrons, if you arrive late you'll be seated at the discretion of the house manager & director.  No seating is guaranteed after the start of the performance.


Are there any discounts?

Yes, ATC currently offers discounts for students, educators, and members of the US Military.


Is the theater accessible to persons with disabilities?

Yes, ATC fully accessible to persons with disabilities. If you require wheelchair-accessible seating, please contact the Box Office at 704-342-2251 ex.221. For more information on accessibility, click here.


Does the theater have listening devices?

When are talkback discussions?

Post-show talkbacks with the cast and director are held after every Thursday performance, but are not generally included in the offering for musicals.  Check the each show's page for details.


May I bring my children to the theater?

ATC offers a wide range of programming, and the age-appropriateness varies. ATC's general policy is that children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the theater.

Many of the ATC's shows are appropriate for teens. If you have questions about the age-appropriateness of any show, please refer to the show page on this website or call the Box Office at 704-342-2251 ex.221.


What's your policy on cameras, beepers and cell phones in the theater?

Cameras are not permitted in the theater.

The ringing of a cell phone or beeper can be quite distracting for both the audience and the performers. If you bring a cell phone or beeper into the theater, please turn it off before the performance begins. If you must use your cell phone at intermission, please remember to turn it off before re-entering the theater.


Do all shows have an intermission?

Most shows at ATC have at least one 15-minute intermission. On rare occasions, however, a show may be performed without intermission.  Intermission information is listed on each show's page on this website and on the title page of your theater program.


What is the dress code at ATC?

At an ATC performance, you'll see all sorts of dress—from elegant cocktail attire to business casual to jeans. The rule of thumb is, wear what makes you feel most comfortable.

Do you offer a Military Discount?

Yes, we offer a 50% off discount on all regular priced tickets available over the phone or in person. ID required. Please refer to our Blue Star Theatres page for more information and programming.
